Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - Now that I have gotten back on track I've lost the weight I gained from spring break. It's really frustrating. I've realized my problem point is weekends and days off when I'm not on a set schedule. Anyone have any tips on how to still eat right on weekends and vacations?

Hey Keri, my mum noticed that when i get bored i start eating and i didnt even realise, so weekends and holidays were really tough for me to lose weight or even not put anymore on. One thing my mum suggested to me was that i should keep busy, which, for quite a lazy person seemed like alot of effort but it's really not hard. Some things you can do are: clean your room, walk the dog or play with the pets, volunteer at a local organisation, sports clubs, reading, camping for a few nights or find a new hobby which interested you. I got interested in wildlife photography and went on long walks to find new locations for shoots, which not only stopped me snacking but made me lose a few calories on the walk :)
