Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Now that I have gotten back on track I've lost the weight I gained from spring break. It's really frustrating. I've realized my problem point is weekends and days off when I'm not on a set schedule. Anyone have any tips on how to still eat right on weekends and vacations?
