Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - Losing weight is just not an easy thing to do when your so young. Weekends are tough... When you have all this food available to you and you can't say no. It's not my worst weekend, but I could do better. Any tips for staying on track during weekends and vacations?

Keep busy :) stuff like going on walks, playing with the pets, cleaning your room, going camping for a few days, volunteering or going on a summer camp will keep you occupied and away from the fridge and food :)

I know, its so hard when you're trying to eat healthy but your dad fries chicken everyday and your siblings are thin and healthy and can eat whatever they want and not gain a pound. ESPECIALLY on the weekends.

Weekends are hard for me. Mainly cause I get bored and all I did was eat. I try to stay away from the food. I'll try gum or mints or something. Now when I eat out I try to get something healthy. Like a grilled chicken salad. When it comes to sweets I've learned to have will power...somewhat. I know its hard. I now will eat sugar free jello or pudding and that usually helps me get rid of my sweet tooth. I recommend to stay away from the fattening food as much as possible and if you see you parent or someone eating it have will power. Make something different for yourself..Thats what I do at least. As for vacation wise, I don't know. That's when I always break my diet.
