I find that most of my body is semi OK but I have such a huge fat tummy. I feel really gross and I never seem to be able to control myself when confronted with something like chocolate. HELP!!

I weigh 112 lbs and I feel gross. I have so much fat on my thighs and all my friends are sooooooo skinny! Yesterday I ate 4 peices of pizza and chocolate and i feel so greedy. I'm just going to get fatter and fatter.I can't fit into my swimming costume anymore and my bum looks so huge in it I don't want to swim anymore. Please give me some help.

Hi. I'm 15 years old 5'9" and I weight 240 pounds. I play volleyball i use to play soccer but this year i'm not signing up, because I'm too embarressed now. I plan on playing softball in the spring. It really doesn't matter how much I exercise it not going to help. Because it only makes me more hungry. So I eat more and not good stuff but junk food. I also don't eat a balanced meal. I eat more bread then anything and I don't eat meat. I'm always told to eat salads well guess what I don't eat those either. I just can't stand the taste of lettuce. I don't like crunchy veggies like carrots and celery because they don't have a taste. I drink and eat a lot of dairy products. And i don't eat to many fruits. Hello! My name is Jacquelyn and I have been coming on these boards for awhile. Everyone on here gives great advice, and that's what I'm in need of. I am 12 years old and I weigh about 175-180 lbs. I am sick of being this weight. I am going to start keeping track of what I eat everyday, including grams of fat and calories. My dad does that and it works for him. I walk about 2 miles a day or 1 1/4 miles. It depends. I want to get down to single digit in pants/shorts/etc. which would be a 9. Do you all have any tips? Thanks!!

Hi. I'm 16, a junior in H.S., weigh 160 pounds, and am 5'7". I am a member of Weight Watchers, and I've been on it for 9 weeks, but I've only had a .3 pound loss. I was wondering, since afternoon snacks are my downfall, if anyone out there has any ideas of what to eat. Sometimes, even if I'm not hungry, I'll eat because I have been in the habit of having a snack after school ever since primary school. I'm not increadibly worried about my weight because I've been exercising and eating (somewhat) less, but I would like to see more than a .3 pound change (especially when W.W. is something you have to pay for...). When I read the URL of this webpage, I laughed so much. Blubberbuster?? How mean is that!! Hehe . . . anyway, this bulletin board is nice. It's good how you're all helping each other. I'm 5 ft 2 and 145 lb, which is pretty depressing, but I don't want to kill myself or anything . . . Hello! I am 15 years old. I am currently 5'5 and weigh 190 lbs. I have been trying to lose weight for awhile and nothing seems to work for me. I am interested in losing around 50-60 lbs. Losing this much weight will put me in my healthy weight range. I aslo have set a goal for myself. I would like to wear a size 9 in pants by the middle or the end of the summer. I am currently wearing either a size 13 or 15 depending on the pants. I am not sure what my waist size is but I know it is bigger than I want it to be. Is there anyone out there who has any advice for me on losing weight? I am willing to try almost anything to lose the weight. Most of these people just want to lose like 10-30 lbs but I ned to lsoe ALOT more. Thank you for your time and I thank you in advance for any information and help that you can give me. Thanks again.

I am so depressed. my life is hell. When i look in the mirror and see my 250 lb flubber i want to die. my friends have all gone on diets and look as gorgeous as geri halliwell but i am still as obese as a whale.when i ask them about this they say they'd much rather have my generous boobs but i'd much rather have a bum that fits into oridnay size 6 jeans. Whe I went to this slumber party with all the cool girls my nightshirt burst open and my huge stomach flopped out like a bowl of jello- now they look at me as if i'm a freak. i feel out of place and I diet all the time but i binge like crazy. i am considering anorexia- it seems like the only way out- and yet i know it wouldn't last. I have toget my school uniform specially made coz my waist is 42!!!! Please help me before I hurt myself

"MY TIP OF THE DAY" The truth about carbs. Carbohydrates come from any type of bread. such as pasta and bread. The thing about it, is that if you dont work out directly after eating it, it stores to fat. The best Idea to keep in mind is to try to eat whole weat bread, or to cut back any type of bread substances from your daily intake. Mr. Dan:)
