Hello! I am 15 years old. I am currently 5'5 and weigh 190 lbs. I have been trying to lose weight for awhile and nothing seems to work for me. I am interested in losing around 50-60 lbs. Losing this much weight will put me in my healthy weight range. I aslo have set a goal for myself. I would like to wear a size 9 in pants by the middle or the end of the summer. I am currently wearing either a size 13 or 15 depending on the pants. I am not sure what my waist size is but I know it is bigger than I want it to be. Is there anyone out there who has any advice for me on losing weight? I am willing to try almost anything to lose the weight. Most of these people just want to lose like 10-30 lbs but I ned to lsoe ALOT more. Thank you for your time and I thank you in advance for any information and help that you can give me. Thanks again.
