Forget skinny TV stars. Do you really want to be as skinny as Calista Flockhart? A lot of these people are seriously undernourished and underweight. Not good role models at all. You don't say how tall you are but 136 doesn't sound too overweight to me and remember that your body is still changing and developing so don't do anything too drastic. Basically cut out all junk food - burgers, chips, anything very fattening - and find out what foods are high in calories and fat. There are loads of lists on the Internet that will tell you how fattening some foods are. You have plenty fo time until the summer so do it sensibly. Maybe see a doctor and get an idea of what weight you should be for your height and build and then find out how many calories you should be eating to maintain a steady weight loss, assuming that you do need to lose weight. Plus increase exercise and drink plenty of water.
