Hi Everyone. I am going on my diet on Wednesday (that is when school starts again for me). I have planned out what I am going to eat for the rest of the week. I have made sure I am following the food guide pyramid and I am watching my calorie intake. Good luck!

Err... I got up at 4:45 (EST) like I planned to. Went outside and only went around the block twice (half walking, half running) because its so darn cold. Any tips for running in cold weather? Cuz my lungs felt like they were gonna crack cuz of the cold air. Thanks --Todd

Ht. 5'8", Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - hey i wanna loose weight but i really dont know how. it seems that everytime i try to go on a reasonable diet i always end up cheating. it really sucks. im not really atheletic either. right now im aout 5'8 and 165 and im not comfortable w/my weight at all. it feels like all the pants i go to try on fit too tight even though i make myself believe im not that size even if it is my size. its terrible. i get really upset when it comes to picking out clothes for school. if anyone has any suggestions please write back. thanks

Okay-I am so happy school started for me again because I am not sitting around doing nothing(i couldnt get motivated to exercise at all during the break) and now i am at school, not eating during class, walking stairs, laughing and eating a pretty good lunch. I am doing pretty good, I have finally lost the holiday weight I put on. I was wondering if anybody had any tips on how to get rid of the fat on my hips. My waist has slimmed down some but my hips are huge and they make me look funny. Help me please!

Hey y'all, I have done really good today and yesterday with diet!!! yay!! (finally) I don't want to jinx anythings so i better be getting to that tae-bo! I was going to do it this morning but i set the wrong alarm cock which was broken thus i didn't have time to. O well. I weighed myself this morning and apparently i have lost 3 pounds already, so no i hope that i can lose two more by sunday. Is that unrealistic for the first week of a serious diet? also, how many calories are too few? I wanna stay in a healthy calorie range i'm thinking anywhere between 1200-1500, that should be enough to lose weight with, right? well wish me luck, best of luck to everyone else ~*~CHelSeA~*~

Hi I just wanted to let everyone know that I am now starting to lose weight seriously! For diet I am going to try to eat small portions of what I want. But I am going to add more fruits and vegetables to my diet and drink loads of water! For exercise I am going to workout 3 times a week and after about a month I am gonna go to 5 days. I will post here on my progress once a week! WISH ME LUCK!!!!!!!!!

Hey,I'm starting a diet as of tomorrow. I made this up my self. Tell me what you think. Breakfast: 2 Eggs, Orange Juice/Milk, 1 piece of Breakfast meat, banana Lunch: Turkey wrap (italian dressing, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tortilla wrap), 1 bottle of Fruit Works, apple After school: 1 cookie/small serving of something sweet Dinner: Small Serving of carbs, Normal portion of meat, normal portion of vegetables/large salad, water

Hey pplI have just lost 4lbs in less than a week!!! (Healthily)Its prob not that much cuz my scales aren't that good - but its keeping me going anyway!The diets going alright - ive had only one major setback - my mum had a party and the chocolate cake was too much!!! But i got straight on with the diet the next day, next week - I begin exercise regime.... No chocolate, No alcohol and no ciggies (also giving up smoking) - i feel 4 my family :-)
