I've been counting my calories for three months now. and i've successfully kept them in between 1000 -1800. I've been exercising and all that stuff but i haven't seen any good results. I've just stayed the same. What am i doing wrong?

hey i've been doing really good this whole week, but i need to find an alternative dessert for after dinner. I have been eating choclate frozen yogurt (and i measured out the serving size for the correct amount or calories) but i would i like a healthier dessert that tastes just as good. anyone have any good ideas? I've been staying with in my 1200-1500 calorie limit even with my lil splurge. Roughly the calories should be around 150 for the dessert itself. I feel guilty after eating the yogurt so any suggestions of a healthier but just as delicious dessert is very much appreciated. Thanks bunches. ~chelsea~

I had stayed on my diet for a week. For the past couple of days I had got really lazy and would not exercise, then all of a sudden, I remembered my goal prom dress, and I put in the tae-bo tape, and started exercising. I need some more Ideas on how to eat more healthy. If any one has a healthy diet plan and excersice plans PLEASE REPY.

Maylie - Please read my reply to your post (the one that lists your food choices). Thank you. P.S. After reading your last post I don't think you need to lose any more weight but I do think you need to get a much better diet. So you can be healthy all of your life.

Hey sorry i havent been on here for a while I just have been doing horrible on my diet and excercseing since the beginning of the 2004 year. I am really going to start and do a good job on my diet and excercise starting tomorrow. Which means I am not going to weigh myself tomorrow I am afraid of dissappointment and I am not in the mood for dissappointment at the moment. Ht. 5'10", Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Im 5'10 and 230 lbs, my boyfriend is ALWAYS calling me fat, im thinking about dumping him, but im scared that no guy will ever find someoen as fat as me attractive. Weve been together almost 2 years... any advice??

YA I AM SOOOO PROUND OF MYSELF i didn't lose any weight but i did tell my friends i was trying to lose weight and that was going to be hard for me yaaaaa i am soooo happy after that i can do anything!

Okay...I just wanted to share this with yall, cause I know that it worked for me! If you need to shape up quickly in 4 weeks or less do this! Eat 1,100 calories a day...3 meals and 2 snacks, well try to do that atleast. After every meal, exercise for a half hour(cardio...!!!) It takes ALOT of dedication and you can't give up! It's hard but in the end it all pays off!

HEllo Everyone! well i've been doing really great this week ~ I've lost 5 pounds already! I feel great, and it all was because of exercise and diet. The biggest thing ppl is jotting down what you eat and the calories in it. I'm going to get into doing more weight lifting next week and was wondering how many days do you need a week for it to be affective? could i get by with 2, 3, or 4 days or do i build up to it? also does anyone know where you can find the tae-bo advanced tape or another version of the basic workout? i've been doing the same tae-bo tape now for a about three years. lol. its really old. well wish y'all best of luck. ~~chelsea~~

Start: 220 lb, Today: 169 lb - i used to be 220 pounds but then i started eating right and exercising and i am now 169 pounds i am very proud of myself and i am not going to lie to you if you are barelly starting there will be some tough times ahead but just go through them and whenever your tempted to eat something not good for you just think of how you will feel after you feel empty inside and ugly and jsut imagine all those kids you make fun of you.prove them wrong instead of fast food eat veggies and fruits and good stuff like that weight loss is not all about exercising it is even more in your head than anything else so keep at it and stay happy.

Hey u guys I would really like to get up earlier in da mornings to do more excersise, but I find getting up in the morenings really hard, so what should I do? I really would appreciate any tips. By the way I found a great drink today, tht could be eaten as a snack, what you do is you put fruit juice in a blitzer with loads of ice, and blitz so that there are still some lumps of ice. Okay, one last time with my meal plan. Just to see if it is better now. Breakfast: Cinnamin bun (homemade) about 2.54 inch wide Snack: Small handful (half serving size) of baked doritos lunch: medium piece of homemade cheese pizza and some cannned peaches snack: toaster pastry Supper: pear and baked 1/2 chicken breast (with no skin, eww) Dessert: 1/2 cookie and 2 pieces of peanut butter fudge (also homemade, and low-fat).So, could I lose weight on that you think?
