I had stayed on my diet for a week. For the past couple of days I had got really lazy and would not exercise, then all of a sudden, I remembered my goal prom dress, and I put in the tae-bo tape, and started exercising. I need some more Ideas on how to eat more healthy. If any one has a healthy diet plan and excersice plans PLEASE REPY.

Keep up the tae-bo!! That does wonders but the firm is also really good. IF the weather is warm outside or you can handle the cold then go for walks. Also yoga is GREAT, though it doesn't burn as many calories as the other things that i said. Also i luv slim-fast but you have to like the taste of the meal substutes to stick with it. Calorie counting help and being concious of portion sizes. hope that helps! :)
