Hi I read some where that drinking water helps to loose weight duh but they say to have an effect you need to drink .55 multiplied by your weight does anyone know if this is true?

Hey Girls and Guys! Uhm one way to moniter ur eating habit is to write down every single thing you ate and to write down how much you ate. And as your writing, you'll see how much fat and stuff you consume, and I know you'll make some better choices. And if comfortable enough share it with another friend trying to loose weight, its fun to compare notes.

Well ive been eating a ton of chicken, fish, fruits, and vegetables.. and ive been working out like crazy these past 3 weeks, and believe it or not.. ive lost 28 lbs! I guess i lose weight as fast as i gain it!! Hey, if i can do it guys... so can you!

Has anyone ever tired cutting back on calories. I'm thinking about just doin 800 calories a day because I really really need to lose some weight!

Ht. 5'0", Today: 141 lb (BMI %tile: 91) - Hi! I am 5'0 and I weigh 141lbs. I've tried three different diets but none work. I was wondering how well Jay Mcgraws book really is. I've been having alot of self asteam probloms. And doing homeschool,I don't get to do many activities. So it's hard not having any friends to go out and have fun with to help lose some weight. I just need some encoursgement and some advice!

Hey I read this thing somewhere that if you drink 1 tabelspoon of cider vinegar half an hour before a meal it is supposed to eat away all the fat eaten at the meal. Some woman tried it for a month and she sais it really works. She usually just did this at dinner time everyday and lost a some weight.

Hey everyone. I lost a total of 7 pounds this week and I just went to Long John Silver's to celebrate. I worked it into my daily calorie intake. I am still at 1300 calories for today and my goal is to eat 1000-1800 cals a day. I feel a little guilty though because I know it wasn't healthy. I don't think I messed up my whole diet or anything but I just feel a little guilty. Do you think what I did was a really BAD thing? I was really craving it and I plan to exercise a little more this week to make up for it. And to all of you who want to cheat on your diet - only cheat a little(if you just absolutly have to cheat)! I feel sick because I ate so much and it just isn't worth it. I am happier eating the healthy food. PLEASE REPLY AND TELL ME IF WHAT I DID WAS REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD!!!!! Thank you.

I have had many people reply to my boards about meal plans, and almost all of them suggested diets of almost all fruit or vegetables. Fruit and vegetables for every meal...to the point that I think it's slightly unhealthy. What about meat, and dairy, and breads? Fruit doesn't have the needed calcium, protein, and other nutrients that food pyramid says I should eat. -------(Thanks for pointing out the food pyramid thingy, Amber)--------- What do you guys think? Is that an excessive amount of fruit, or is it okay?

Ht. 6'1", Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 73), Goal: 148 lb - hi im 6 foot 1, and i way 173 lbs. i kno im really tall but i want to loose about 25 lbs before MAY. i have read almost everyones sucess stories and they really motivate me... i dont have money to do weight watchers or any of that ... so does any one have any weekly menus to like examples for breakfast lunch and dinner including small snacks to control eating.... and also does any one have any good ways to work out, because im not going out running in this 10 degree weather lol... i REALLY would appreciate if u could answer as soon as possible because im getting soo frustrated... u all seem to be doing soo well ... can u get me on the same track! Today: 140 lb - hey peeps, well firstly i have decided that i have to LOSE weight!! i weigh around 140lbs and i have felt overweight for a long time. I'll wake up in the morning amd tell myself im going to diet and i will do really well all day until i get in from school where it all goes downhill and i start snacking on all the junk food in the hose. If there isnt any junk food i will go to the shop and buy some. I know its bad but its like i cant stop! The worst thing happened today. I walked into the living room and my seven year old cousin was there. He started laughing and muttered something and my dad asked him what he said. He then started laughing even more and said " i said that emma looks fat" i didnt know what to say, i was just in shock!! i felt like crying. hey everyone.. okay i started weight watchers today.. and im goin to do tea bo and lift light weights..im and 5'4 do u thinkthat by April i can be like 115- 120 that like 20-25 pounds in2 1/2 months? is taht possible like healthly..? i want to look good in a bathing suit for sprin break! please comment i need support.
