I recommend, as well as many other nutriontist, losing 1-3 lbs. a week. Which will be the easiest way to lose unwanted pounds. Hey I lost 40 lbs. this way!!! Losing weight too fast doesn't work! (trust me, I've tried it). You'll end up gaining it all back because it's too much pressure on you. :)

What all did you do to lose the weight? I read in Jay McGraws book, to lose weight 1 to 2 pounds a week.I have only got to the goal part of the book. Well, help me all you can! Thanks. I am starting my diet tomorrow morning. I kinda slipped up today and ate at Arby's. But I wasn't actually on a diet diet. Wish me luck. it's so hard not having any caffene. I drink alot of it but has slowed down some. I haven't had any today though.
