Today: 162 lb - I am so fat i am on a 1500 calorie diet but i don't think it is working. See i like this guy at school and i don't think he likes me because i am so fat i weight 162 lb and it is embrassing the way i feel wearing a size 13 to school.

Im so glad that you came to this site its really helpful just eat plenty of fruits and veggies with lots of water and for dinner eat whatever your mum makes but eat it in smaller portins with water and like friday let that be your sweet day have some candy or a sweet roll or a piece of cake. but the best fruit to eat is grapefruit and drink grapefruit juice you loose weight tremendously and drink green tea that you buy out of the store and dont add sugar to it drink that 3 to 5 times a day it speeds up your metabolisim nd do WINDSOR PILATES they help you loose weight so much and the workout helps tone your buns thighs hips etc leave me note on opendiary and tell me wut u thinkbout my advice

Its fine to be on a 1500 diet and it will work. What else are you doing with that. The best advice i have for a 1500 diet is to cut the fat you eat down to no more than 30 grams. It helps.
