Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - ok..ive been slacking off..but now tell me if u think this will work - every day for breakfast eat a piece of fruit or yogurt...then for lunch either soup, salad, or plain baked potato with a water bottle...then when i get home i will drink 10 cups of water throughout the rest of the day and for a snack i will have a piece of fruit or carrots..for dinner i will have a slim fast meal thing (not a drink but those new dinners from slim fast) also i will walk home wed.-fri. 1 and a half miles, and every day i will do 300 crunches...please tell me if you think this will work (I'm 170 now and by july i want to be 130 or 140) please post back!

This is a goal for a lot of girls so....for you girls...when you may get discouraged or feel like pigging out...STOP!!!! Just think about how good you're going to look this summer in that nice new bathing suit that you're going to buy after you lose weight! lol

Everyone in the weight contest i am not posting my weight today because i gained a lot of weight i no it and i have been the worst person on my diet. So you guys post and i will hopefully feel like posting next week. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

Some random advice: Bananas have a lot of carbs (its one of the more "fatty" fruits, but rich in potassium) so if you are concerned in terms of calories, eat an apple instead. Brown Rice is better than white rice. HIDDEN CARBS: Coffee, eggs, Kool Aid, Mayo, artificial sweetners, cheese, sausage, deli meats, imitation crab, and more. LOW CALORIE SNACKS (its safe to eat more of these): saltine crackers, egg white, pickles, salsa -no chips, fruit, HALF wheat tortilla. Hope this helps. Anyone is welcome to add advice.

Ht. 5'6", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 97) - hey i am jen. i weigh about 175 and i am around 5'6'..anyways i own dance dance revolution...it is wicked fun and great exercise...you can look it up at ddrfreak.com...so if ur lookin for a good exercise thing this is a great plan because unlike many videos, it's fun..my sister's friend owns it too and played it for about 1 hour everyday, and after 2 weeks she had lost 10 pounds...the only problem is it's pretty expensive...the latest ps2 and x-box games go for about $40 and the mats can cost anywhere from 20-200 dollars depending on the quality...if ur lookin to buy it e-bay is the best place
