Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - ok..ive been slacking off..but now tell me if u think this will work - every day for breakfast eat a piece of fruit or yogurt...then for lunch either soup, salad, or plain baked potato with a water bottle...then when i get home i will drink 10 cups of water throughout the rest of the day and for a snack i will have a piece of fruit or carrots..for dinner i will have a slim fast meal thing (not a drink but those new dinners from slim fast) also i will walk home wed.-fri. 1 and a half miles, and every day i will do 300 crunches...please tell me if you think this will work (I'm 170 now and by july i want to be 130 or 140) please post back!

Well, maybe you should substitute something for the baked potato, but its probably okay because you're not eating any junk at all so it should be ok. Anyways, I just wanted to say that sounds like a really good plan but the hard part is going to be staying on it! If you really try hard and stay on that plan I think you can lose lots of weight on it!! Good Luck!

Substitute in something for the baked potatos, potatos are high calorie
