Ht. 5'4", Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hey i'm 185 and 5'4ish. I'm starting to work out i swim every day for 2hrs and am eating ok. does any one know of good things to bring to school to eat at lunch.now i eat frys and pizza need helpthanks my aim name is riceleah

Okay first of all always bring enough food to school. I tried a couple time to not bring food to school because I wanted to not eat it but then I ended up buying caf food or from the vending machine which ended up being worse. Instead bring lots of fruit and just put it in your locker or salad is good and it fills you up, tuna buns I love, small cut up vegetables. anything that you dont regret eating is probably good for you. good luck.

swimming actually doesnt help u lose fatits a good cardio workout but not if u wantto lose weight
