Start: 140 lb, Today: 132 lb - Hey ya'll I have gone down a lot in weight lately since i started doing pilates everyday!i went from 140 to 132.4 in like 2 weeks.I have 1 question tho i have like this fat pocket over my ribs that i totally hate does ne 1 have ne ideas or excersizes that would help get ride of that?Thanx a bunch luv ya'll.Email me or post on this my email is shooby_21@hotmail.com

just run, and exercise, eventually it'll have to come off

Wow!! That is great! I stopped doing pilates because it seemed like it was building muscle underneath my fat which made my stomach look bigger. When I get a few pounds away from my goal weight I will try them again. You could do basic crunches to get rid of the fat over top of your ribs
