Ht. 6'1", Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 73), Goal: 148 lb - hi im 6 foot 1, and i way 173 lbs. i kno im really tall but i want to loose about 25 lbs before MAY. i have read almost everyones sucess stories and they really motivate me... i dont have money to do weight watchers or any of that ... so does any one have any weekly menus to like examples for breakfast lunch and dinner including small snacks to control eating.... and also does any one have any good ways to work out, because im not going out running in this 10 degree weather lol... i REALLY would appreciate if u could answer as soon as possible because im getting soo frustrated... u all seem to be doing soo well ... can u get me on the same track! THANK YOU~
