Ht. 5'8", Today: 175 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I am 15 yrs old, and starting next week i want to start losing 40 lbs..I weigh 175, and I'm 5'8''..My dream weight is to be 110-140 lbs.if you have any advice or diets i could go on plz help..i have more weight around, thighs, buttocks and hips...I have a good waist measurement but huge hips (So i'm a pear)..Those are what i want to get rid off.So if u can help i would greatly appreciate it.

Hey im Shania! Umm you can try and exercise i dont know if you have but it really keeps you in shape and even though it is really hard to do at some points it helps in the long run. As for food you can eat fruits and veggies almost anytime and just stay calm with the salt and butter on what ever dinner you have. And for dessert try a frozen fruit like a banana or strawberry! mmmmm....good. hehe keep up the good work and i hope my advice helps ya
