Ht. 5'8", Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - hey i wanna loose weight but i really dont know how. it seems that everytime i try to go on a reasonable diet i always end up cheating. it really sucks. im not really atheletic either. right now im aout 5'8 and 165 and im not comfortable w/my weight at all. it feels like all the pants i go to try on fit too tight even though i make myself believe im not that size even if it is my size. its terrible. i get really upset when it comes to picking out clothes for school. if anyone has any suggestions please write back. thanks

Honestly I am the same way you are but I watch what I eat I don't diet and I do exercise 30 min a day 4 times a week. Exercising and eating healthier are good. You can eat a sweet like once a week but then again if you eat one your gonna want another so basically just try to stick to eating healthier and don't think of it as a diet and you will do alright

well don't think of it as a diet here are some tips i use i am not on a "diet" i am just watching what i eat
any way the tips
-DRINK WATER the colder the better if you drink ice water you bady has to burn cals to bring your body temp back up
-EXERCISE just little things like when you go up the stairs go back down and up again you don't notice it but i can really help, have a regular excirse plan
