Hi I'm starting something today no carbs for two weeks and then I'm going to go low calorie for awhile. I want to go and lose 140lbs because I'm 280 now so it's a lot but I want to really get as much of it off as I can as soon as possible because I want to get a date for prom in May. I want to know what kind of exercise I can do at home with out having to buy a big exspensive piece of equipment. Have you guys got any ideas?
