Ht. 5'3", Start: 148 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 135 lb - okay so this year i've been dieting alot and i would lose about five pounds then quit and when school started in september i wasnt scared of gaining weight cuz i play soccer and my team had practices and games constantly. but after soccer finished i had no other way to exercise so i just stayed home.for the last three months i've been trying to diet but id quit as soon as i would lose motivation. when i weighed 148lbs i used think of myself as overweight and fat but now im 8 lbs heavier and relle afraid to gain anymore weight.can someone please me find a way to stay motivated and tell me a good diet plan cuz my new years resolution for next year is to finally stick to my diets and lose weight.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 150 lb - hey guys!!!! I'm BACK! I lost about a good 4 pounds less than a week! I'm so happy that I'm back on track because I almost let my self go in the past 4 months.. I reckon it was back to school stress but now that i have adjusted to school i have no excuse for my spring semester :D I went hiking yesterday and did some ab workouts just right now. I feel so excited and bumped up because i know i can do it! and so can you all!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 258 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - well i've officially become a "fat girl" i've sunken to the lowest point whcih is taking diet pills. I mean a lot of people could judge but i've been heavy all my life and im just tired of it. Like ive told myself once i get down to at least 200 im going to stop taking the pills but who knows what i'll do if i even make it to 200. i really need help guys especially eating plans because thats where i mess up the most.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 150 lb - Just looked through my old posts from this time last year and saw my new year's resolution to lose 40 pounds. Didn't quite make it! Only down to 170, but considering I gained about 15 pounds before losing it, I nearly lost all the weight I aimed to lose. If anyone wants to diet with me, leave your email -- I can't find anyone to stay committed.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 271 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I am frantic about something, and I'm hoping someone will be able to give me some real information. I gained abou 80 pounds over the course of about a year (very fast), and have horrible stretch marks ALL over my body. Not joking...stomach, sides, arms, back, breasts, hips, butt, behind the knees, even on the top of one of my shoulders! I am only 19, and I want to be able to feel good once I've reached my goa weight. However, I am terrified that the amount of stretch marks I have means my skin has no elasticity and won't snap back! I don't want to look like I've had six children before I turn 20! I drink water, I exfoliate, I moisturize...but I'm TERRIFIED I'm going to be saggy. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be legitimately worried? What should I do?

i'm running for like 20-30 min and i'm cutting down on soda and juice. i stopped ice cream. but i'm eating a lot of cookies. i hope i will weigh 160 by january 29th!!!! :)

But i can't stop eating the ice cream! :O. so any tips on how to lose 9 or more pounds by january 29th?

I definetly don't want to gain it all back over fruit cakes! Haha. I've got to keep working cause I want to have reached my goal by the end of school when th 8th grade goes on a big field trip at my school! Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 170 lb - i dont know whats been going on recently !!! i passed my driving test (y) and have been so busy go out that i havent been eating hardly anything and im just never hungry and therefore have lost 3 to 4 in a few days :S i know this isnt good and if / when i start eating normally again im just gonna end up putting it back on - im trying to do more exercise to tone up but i need some tips plz anyone - hope ya all have a fab xmas :) x.x.x.x.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 175 lb - So I have hit an all-time high of 200 pounds (w/ cloths on). And I have set a new goal for myself. My junior prom. I want to lose 25 by prom which is April 26 (give or take a few days), which also happens to be my birthday. Do you think thats doable? about 4 months? I have a dress that I love and want to try on. It already comes in my size but i want to fit into a smaller size. XDDD Comment and tell me what you think please!
