Ht. 5'3", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I've been overweight forever. I did weight watchers a number of times and I just kept on gaining weight. I keep watching inspirational tv shows, and they really work and some of them are now my favorite shows. for anyone that needs help, i recommend looking at some shows that will help you (DON'T WATCH THE BIGGEST LOSER. its unrealistic).

what do you mean by biggest loser being realistic?
it is very realistic, and so inspirational. people should not expect to lose as much weight as the people on the show do every week, unless they plan to work out 7 hours a day with a personal trainer. However, I think most people understand that that huge of a weight loss is impossible in that limited a time period. When I see how hard the contestants are pushed to exercise, it makes me feel like exercising too.
