Ht. 5'7", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 130 lb - so far i have lost only 2 pounds... im really trying to eat healthy and today im starting to do 30 minutes of excersize every night.. i do netball training on thursdays and its pretty intense.. i just got to EAT HEALTHY and EXCERSIZE .. ive strated my journey and lost 2 pounds im happy with myself so far but i got to keep going .. ill post every week/2 weeks to see if ive lost anything .. I've been gaining and losing the same 25 pounds for about two years now, and last wednesday (3/10/10) I decided I'm gonna do this for real this time. I've been eating really clean and healthy since wednesday, and working out for 30 minutes every day! I'm so ready to do this:) I'll weigh myself every Wednesday and keep everyone updated. We can do this together guys...we just need to support each other!!!:)

I feel like in winter I can hide inside my big coats & I always end up putting on a bit of weight. So today I went out in just jeans and a hoody and I felt so huge! It's more motivation to lose the weight I guess but I bought a bag of chips -_-

I'm 145 (lowest since my Freshman Year in High School) and I'm noticing that its getting harder and harder to me. And I can't control my hunger. Whenever I would get hungry I would eat the cereal named Organic Bran with Psyllium and Oatman. Its the best cereal that I recommend to you guys! It has loads of Fiber, 13gram a bowl. :) But I really want a trick that will suppress my hunger. Maybe a shake? What type? Any tips would help! thanks!

I was looking through some of my old posts and LAUGHING OUT LOUD at them. I've been coming to this site since I was 12 years old. That's almost 5 years! It's funny to see all the stuff I used to talk about from when I was that age. Sadly, I STILL haven't lost weight. I'm about the same as I was in September. I'm really REALLY going to try this time. If anyone wants to talk, you should reply to this! It seems like nobody ever gets on here anymore.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 144 lb, Today: 128 lb (BMI %tile: 75), Goal: 115 lb - I have lost a grand total of 16 pounds in a half a year, but I'm a little confuzzeld. My upper body is nice and slim, but when you get down to my legs and such it looks like I havn't lost a thing! Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas on how to loose the jiggly leg syndrome?

I'm really craving an ice cream bar right now despite having eaten plenty today [huge breakfast burrito, bagel sandwich, Reese's Pieces]. I worked out for 30 minutes this afternoon and want to do another 30-60 minutes tonight since I'm eager to lose weight, but I seriously can't get over wanting that ice cream SOOOOO bad.

Last year, I lost an awesome 40 pounds and made it down to 125! I was so excited! The suddenly my colon spazzed and started doing weird things, and the weight started creeping back on. I'm afraid that if I don't stop gaining and start losing, I'll gain the 40 back. . It's really disappointing to have been so far then to gain weight back cause of medical issues. Any moral support, exercise tips, and food tips would be great. I'm hoping to lose 15lb by June 1st. Thanks guys!

I have been working out everyday(6-7) days a week and eating healthy.. Yes I went from a size 20 to an 18 but.. in 2 months I should of lost mre than 10 pounds.. its very depressing. AHHHHHHHH. What else can I do?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 179 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - i gained another 15 pounds! ahh im sooo mad. and its becoming increasingly hard fer me to exercise. i mean, i have the time to use my treadmill, but im soo unconditioned i cant even jog 5mph fer a minute! thats pretty pathetic. i remember wen i was skinny and i cud run as fast as i can fer like half an hour. how could i possibly b this out of shape?? ugh i know im gona hav to build up to it again but im waaaayyy too impatient. i cant stand this. my mom used to b soo supportive of me and now even she is calling me bad namees! FML

I finally made some changes in my life; I had dealt with my eating disorder, but I really dealt with my weight issue afterwards. I joined crew, or rowing as my sport. I had done athletics before (all the time) and had become sedentary. But when I rejoined a sport (toughest thing to do after getting out of shape) I stuck with it, even though crew is the toughest sport known to mankind. It forces you to endure incredible pain every day, but I love my teammates and everyone's noticed how much weight I've lost. I would have lost more, but I've gained back all the muscle I had lost and more. I am looking great, I get compliments all the time... my jeans are loose. I've been eating better, too, and am still losing weight! I just felt like dropping by and letting all of you know that it can be done. I feel great. :D

i really need peoples help. i have reciently gained over 30lbs. I started gaining around thanksgiving and am getting heavier. my friends and family are starting to notice and comment about my weight. Most of the weight has gone to my belly, which is getting really chubby. none of my pants fit anymore and i just feel really horrible coz i have gained the weight so quickly. some of the weight has also gone to my face, and i have got a little bit of a double chin.
im not a huge weight but i am worried coz i have gained so much reciently and dont want to get any bigger. any help ? advice? or a weight loss buddy would be really appriciated
