Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - 131.8 omggggggg I need help! :( I haven't exercised for two weeks straight and I have been eating late night meals and sweets. I don't know whats going on. I use to have the ability to say NO and not even crave it. But now I don't know whats going on with my body's chemistry. Had this happen to you before? If so, what did you do to overcome this barrier? I'm thinking about getting on those dietary shakes that suppress your hunger... because its 1am right now and I just downed two large pizzas, chocolate, coke, and one slice of cheese cake. I am completely and utterly disgusted with myself! I hardly ever even eat this much :( Whats GOING ON WITH ME!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?! HELP!!

I've stuck to my diet and drank all my water, even started exercising.
This is INCREDIBLY discouraging.

I need good ways like activities that i could do to help my lose weight. Right now i play soccer and instead of pop i only drink water. Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - So,im backkkk(:Since school started I've been up and down from 210-220 and about a week ago I finally got down to 205 but I went back up:( Hopefully that was because of my period,I think so but im not sure...yet.Well I used to want to be 125,but my friends my height and shes 160 and she looks good,so im gonna stick with that weight.Well anyways,today MAY 1ST is the first day of my diet.This diet is for the next three months,until august 1st,and I hope to lose 50 pounds.Bye,and hit me up(:

Ht. 5'11", Start: 178 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 160 lb - im glad i didn't gain any weight. i couldn't really exercise that much because i hurt my back. it still kinda hurts but i hope next saturday (my weigh in day) i could lose atleast 2 pounds. good luck to everyone!! :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 160 lb - Okay so I wasn't planing to write on here until tomorrow cause that's my official weigh in day (I pretty much weigh myself everyday) but I just have to say I LOVE STACE shes amazing, she doesn't really need to be on here anymore but she is and she comments on pretty much everyones post, no one really comments anymore and that can get people really down but she does and gives really great advice too. Ht. 5'4", Start: 185 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone. It's me. THe girl that left because she was doing the controversial HCG diet. Well, I did it, and I lost 17 pounds :). But that's not why I'm here. As happy as I am that I've lost 17 pounds I don't feel as if I learned anything. The problem with that diet is that it restricts you so much that all you think about it when it's gonna end and you can eat real food again. I'm back here because I still have 38 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. I'm starting Weight Watchers tomorrow and I would appreciate all the support I can get. I need help...my eating habits are back to the way they used to be and I want to stop before I gain all that weight back. So, I'm starting weight watchers and I want to be down 10-12 pounds at the most by the end of the month. Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - ommmgg I just noticed that I am .6 pounds away from OFFICIALLY LOSING 50 POUNDS!!! I went down from 181 to 131 pounds!!! xD If I can do it... anyone can do it! And to be honest what helped the most was weighing myself in EVERY SINGLE DAY unless I'm on my period that week. Because it truly gets you motivated and it reassures you that you are in the weight range that you should or shouldn't be in! Hope that helps.

For the past 2 weeks I have not been exercising as much as I thought I would but of course... the weight keeps on falling. I think dieting is the most imperative thing within our weight loss regimes. You have to discipline yourself and most of all my favorite trick DO NOT eat heavy meals AFTER 6pm ! This is the time that your body needs to resort to the stored fat. Anyhow, I just wanted to give you guys a brief update. =D
