My belly is constantly being squeezed by too tight tops, and my pants wount zip up. My friends tease me constantly and slap my belly.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 248.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - well im down a pound since posting last...which was two days ago...i kno most of it is prolly water weight since ive been running and sweating a ton...but i have been drinking 2 gallons of water a day!!! the way i can make sure i drink is it fill up an old gallon of milk jug and drink it through out the day twice...i have a big glass in the morning and i just drink it and drink it...cold water helps you burn calories...just fyi for people who didnt know that...so you can burn calories by drinking COLD WATER!!! keep that in mind water is allllways best for you!! also if you need something sweet go for crystal light...its almost calorie free and is delicious!!! lets see today i caved and had chinese food for lunch...however...good knews is i ate it amost 6 hours ago and im not even slightly hungry...so for dinner imight just have a piece of lean fish and that chinese food will carry me... I am a 13 year old girl about to enroll in high school and you know all the drama starts there. I have been gaining weight since I came to the US from Hong Kong, China. My problem is that I eat when I am stressed, depressed, and also (this might be unusual) as a way to keep me up at night so I can finish homework... Almost like coffee (although I don't drink it)... Any way I really have been trying to make an effort to stay healthy and get slimmer... in fact I am going to a weight loss camp this summer. Also I LOVE fruits and vegetables so there is no problem there. Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 249.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - HIIIII :} ii havnt been on here in a while...but summer just started and im losing 40 pounds this summer!!!! i can do it...its about 4 pounds a week and i know that is possible becaue ive lost 10 pounds one week!!! i just gotta work my but off!!! sooo heres my plan 1200 calorie diet...and since i dont have a gym member ship since i cant afford one right now...im running one mile 3 times a day....abs everyother day....and stretching everyday...if i end up getting a gym member ship i will add a hour of cardio to that...I also would start a lifting program. For lunch Im going to have a turkey and cheese sandwhich a snack will be a can of green beans and dinner would be a really good vegie plate with some potatoes... ill come here once a week prolly because if i come every day ill get really frustrated...it seems to always be that way...well this week im hoping for a lose of 5 pounds!!!! wish me luck and good luck to evveryone else!

Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - Current weight: 129.6 Okayyyyyy so I have been indulging in all the sweets and junks I could for the past week and I would either have gained a few pounds or fluctuated my weight to 130/131. I don't know why but my cravings are just getting worse by the day. My parents keep telling me that I have a iron defiency or a chemical imbalance and I need to start eating normal like steak and lots of orange juice ... etc etc. And thats exactly what I did tonight... a big steak with chips and a long cold almond breeze cup.. and I am satisfied! But still I wish I didn't have done that. :( Well now that I feel slightly better (not really... I'm just in denial lol) I will do a 10 day boot camp! Its going to be intense workouts for the next 10 days till June 1st and I'm hoping to be 125 pounds or 126 pounds. So at least a rough 3/4 pound lose and I will be happy. xD Just an update.

It's perfectly ok to have fries and ice cream occasionally. It's actually better for a balanced diet. Don't look at fatty foods as evil things. Studies have shown that nothing is actually bad for you if you eat it in moderation. So one bowl of ice cream or one cinnimon role won't make you gain weight. It's really ok to eat. Look at getting an overall healyth diet and lifestyle (which includes occasional junk food in moderation) and not just at the number on the scale. You'll be a lot better off in the end.

I haven't posted on here in forever...
And the last time I posted on here I was smaller than I am now.
So yeah, I've gained.
And I hate being fat. Well I'm guessing everyone else on here hates it too right?
I hate looking in the mirror and feeling so disgusting.
I usually don't confide in people abot how I feel about my weight. I've only told a few people.
One of my friends said: " Your not fat, those are curves"
And I'm thinking yeah easy for you to say size 3 in pants.
And my boyfriend jut completely ignores the fact of me being overweight and he says I'm not and that I'm just not a fake annorexic girl.
Sometimes when we hug he grabs my love candles and I feel so embarrassed and mortified.
I hate looking bad in all my clothes.
I hate that when I sit there is a huge lump of flabbiness on my lap.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 178 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 135 lb - I'm sick of feeling uncomfortable and ugly because of my weight. I have been on so many diets, that all stops now. This will be a permanent change, that I'm doing only FOR ME. It begins today. To begin with, i will run one mile every day, and just not over-eat. Then, I will start to incorporate more exercise into my days. I'll do it right this time. I know a lot about weight loss, exercise and calorie counting as I've been learning about these things for over five years. So if anyone has a question or wants to talk, please reply :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 195 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - Nooo I don't know what happened today, I just felt awful emotionally, I skipped school and went to the mall and bought a burrito and a big bag of chips and came home and ate it all :(
then I ate supper with my dad (fish & chips) and THEN I started eating cookies.. I ate an entire row before I realized what I was doing.
I started looking up the calories and the chips alone were 1300.
I know tomorrow is a new day but I feel so terrible right now!
