Lareul...what a beautiful name. Hello!Everonye on ehre is on the same boat. we have our fat days, our ugly days, our "i want to hide in the corner and cry" days, but that's okay. it's life. And there's more imporatnt things in life that weight. The only "tip" that i find important for you is not to do an "all salad" diet type. That's extreme. And dont' ignore all the other food groups. Heck, you can even have some sweets and chips here and there as long as you don't over-do it. But really, i swear to you, doing all all-salda diet will only work for about 2 weeks and then the minute you get off the diet cause you're happy with what you've achieved, you will gain more weight than you lost. it always awlays happens. I've tried similar diets. And the scariest part is you always gain MORE than you lost. Because your body gets accustomed to the "sald" diet and then the minute you get off of it, your body re-adjusts and you'll end up gaining more. So really, everything in moderation. If you want, you can try a one week cleansing. Suck as intenstinal cleansings that are healthy because they actually do work to unclog your intestines. But no "dieting". Try to eat less sweets this week for example, many vegetalbes a lot of water and really importantly less carbs. So limit your reads and pasta. And Work outs are better 2-3 times a week, for an hours each. Something easy to stick to and reasonable. ASll the best, and listen, never get discouraged. Good Luck!
