Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 213 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - waaaaaa i dont no wh at happened i did everything! Everything last week i weighed 208 n now 213 wtf im so madd goddd i might as well go walk 100 miles n i wnt loose a pound god!

Don't worry Magen. I remember when I was 181 and I started my weight loss and at one point after I lost a few pounds I noticed I gained 5 pounds back although I worked HARDER than ever! But I reckoned it was the muscle mass and not body fat. Which is good because muscle allows you to lose more weight. So don't stress about it. Don't think its about exercising. The last two weeks I was around 147 and I would work out like crazy but didn't look at what I ate. Dieting is the most important. Get yourself some strawberry, wheat germ, soy milk vanilla silk, banana and ice smoothie in the morning and I promise you, it will suppress your hunger. Now I weigh 141.8 by doing this every morning and watching what I eat. I remember it took me about 3 years to finally lose 40 pounds. I was really hard on myself but I knew I lacked motivation. If you are dedicated you will lose as much as you want. Keep your head up and let this be a learning process. Don't worry you are almost there just don't stress yourself. :) I wish you much success!
