Ht. 5'6", Start: 181 lb, Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 66), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys!
So I'm 143 pounds! Yaah! I have been eating organic fruits and brand name cereals along with other food to get down to 143. But its getting tougher and tougher, however, I'm losing at a consistent rate about .2-.6. I can see A HUGE difference already, its almost about 40 pounds!!! (39 pounds). So I can see my collarbone and my face is getting more define. I get so much compliments and some of my friends of course are telling me to stop. lol. I won't stop till I feel satisfied! :D So my question is should I start doing lots of cardio to lose weight from all over my body and THEN tone up? Or should I start toning right now. I'm just a little scared that I will tone up lots of muscles that will make me look bulky. I want to look slender so will cardio help me? Give me any advices! :D

Thank you Jenna! And I will take that into consideration. And you CAN do as well as me!!! It took me 3 years of dreaming and 5 months to take action to lose 40 pounds! So don't worry you'll get there!! :D

I'm really not sure, maybe you could try doing both? Say, doing cardio every other day, and on the days you dont do cardio do some toning exercises. I have no idea if it'll work, but it's an idea! And well done!! I wish I could do as well as you! x
