Ht. 5'2", Start: 165.2 lb, Today: 165.2 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - Okay, so last year I weighed 156 pounds and lost 16 pounds at 140 pounds but then I gained all of it back and 10 more! grrr! I am so mad at myself but I need motivation to get back. No offense I hate exerise, so any fun activities or sucess/hints would be helpful! PLEASE!

Try some exercise DVD's! Or do you own a games console, like a PlayStation, Wii or Xbox 360? You could invest in a dance mat or something similar for one of these, I did and I love it!

My favorite thing to do is dance. dancing girl! it really is an excellent aorobic workout, but you really have to pump it up and keep moving for at leist 30 minuts for it to count. the best artist to dance to would be my favorite..MICHAEL JACKSON..haha, and then also Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Beyonce, and some others, they all have high energy songs that are really good to dance too. im tellig you the truth...it FUN, and its affective. but do some weight too, and you will be set.
