Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So I'm going to try to get rid of this extra 'flab'. Especially love handles and that area on your sides on your back that shows through semi-tight shirts. Anybody have any tips? I am for the most part, quite athletic, and I eat very well, and drink a lot of water. I've been through eating disorders (which aren't the answer at all), and weight loss stuff, but still haven't been able to get to my idea of an ideal size. Maybe this will help :) I'd appreciate any support!! :)
