Ht. 5'8", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - Lately ive been coming out in most of my friends quinceañeras which is something like a sweet 16 anyways i wanna know how to lose weight? i dont drink soda just juice. iced tea. punch. etc. chips i hardly ever eat. donuts noo.is there anything else i can do?

Well, technically fruit has quite a bit of sugar too. But it's not bad for you. You don't have to give up on sugar altogether, just all things in moderation. Have juice like once every few days. Or punch, it probably has a lot of sugar too. Iced tea is good, but if you sweeten it, use artificial sweeteners instead of real sugar.

juice is a no no too. its PACKED with sugar. and to lose weight...sugar is the devil. you cant eat it if you really wanna drop the pounds. but besides thaat, just eat normal, fruits veggies, whole grains, lean protien, but keep your meals small,portions are the key!, and only have 2 snacks a day, exercise 20-30 minutes a couple of times a week. or more if you want, and its that simple. but cut the sugar and eat a little fat as you can.
