drop twenty pounds (eek!)
workout 3-4 times a week
eat 1350 calories a day

hey. i really suggest first caculate your exact BMR, the number of calories you need just to stay alive, and then move your caloric intake from that number of calories you need up and down on different days, but dont go under 1,000 calories tho, and this will keep your metabolism guessing and it wont slow down. its called calorie shifting. good luck. and hope you stay motivated!
