Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 163.8 lb, Goal: 150 lb - QUESTION: :)(: Hey everyone! I have a question about my weight loss. I was wondering if I stick to my diet of eating healthy and exercising by doing cardio for an hour a day for the next 3 weeks straight can i lose 13 pounds? I REAAAAAAAAALLLLLY want to be 150 pounds before my january 20th party. Is this possible? And I also started green tea. We'll see how this plays out. Just wondering! thanks!
