Ht. 5'5", Start: 258 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - well i've officially become a "fat girl" i've sunken to the lowest point whcih is taking diet pills. I mean a lot of people could judge but i've been heavy all my life and im just tired of it. Like ive told myself once i get down to at least 200 im going to stop taking the pills but who knows what i'll do if i even make it to 200. i really need help guys especially eating plans because thats where i mess up the most.

all depends on the pill, research before you take anything and be sure to follow the directions and don't overdose

Well depending on what you're taking, you may not live to be 200 pounds... lots of diet pills are VERY dangerous. There is only one FDA approved diet pill, which is SEMI-safe, but still not totally, and that's Alli, but still taking any medication has it's risks. And anything else could potentially really mess you up. Diet pills are pulled of the market ALL the time, because they cause deaths or serious illness among people who use them. So I recommend you stop taking those and lose weight the healthy way. It may be hard, but at least you'll have your health.
