I REAAAAAAAAALLLLLY want to be 150 pounds before my january 20th party. Is this possible? And I also started green tea. We'll see how this plays out. Just wondering! thanks!

Listen, festa if you are going to leave a comment and give an advice to someone you should at least come off polite rather than calling someone "silly". I wrote this message at the heat of the moment of depression. I really wanted to lose 15 pounds and I was up for antyhing to get back down to 150 after taking 4 months off. So why not try to tell someone "hey losing 5 pounds a week is not rational, how about you take it slow and try to not focus on the number on the scale but on how you look". Then again what do you expect from a degenerated cyber loser who has to hide behind the screen while throwing insults around.

13 pounds in 3 weeks isnt realistic, the actually not even going to work, why focus on the number of 150? why not focus more on the fact that your doing this for yourself and that you can not rush it to look your best in the long run. so get this silly 150 pounds in 3 weeks thing out of your head, cuz its just going to screw up your plan in the first place.

It depends on your body and your metabolism. But also, give yourself at least one or two days every week to rest. Drink LOTS of water, cut out anything you don't need (sugary or fatty things), and you'll lose as much as your body will let you. However, that's almost five founds a week, which is kind of a lot. If you do this "crash-diet" type thing, make sure you go back to a slower, more healthy way of losing weight after your party.
