hey whats up today i messed up a little and did not stay on my diet. For breakfast i had chocolate donutes and chocolate milk, for lunch i had a cheesburger, fries, chocalate milk and a chocalt muffin. For dinner i had saugage eggs biskets and milk. I went over a whole bunch i cant seem to stay with my diet cause everytime i see food i think i have to have it specialy if it is junk food. Does any body have any advice write back.

Hey guys!! I have a question i need to lose about 14 pounds because i am in my cuzins wedding and i dont no if i am doing the right stuff!! ok i weigh 180 and i am 5 '3 but i wanna get down to like 135 by may or june first of all is this possible? and this is what i have been doing for the last week i eat like fish or chicken with veggies, tea with sweetand low or diet dr.pepper and of course water and i do 3-4 miles on the treadmill along with some weight training and crunchs each night is this enough??? ooh and sometimes i make a sandwich with healthy choice wheat bread and some ham is this ok can i meet my goal if i keep it up that is allot of weight

Hey, I'm trying to do the Special K drop a jeans size thing (except it's with a cheaper brand which is exactly the same and promises the same thing.) But I don't know what to have as a "balanced meal." I didn't know what to have the last time I tried it, and it's even worse now that I'm a vegetarian because I have no idea what to do! Help please.

Oh, also, a quick question about water consumption. Im in germany right now and i take my water from the bottle-- hehe, as in, not 8 "glasses" of the stuff, but glass bottles. One bottle has 0,7L (i think thats 70ml, right). So how many of these should i be drinking a day? Oh and the only stuff is called "Spoogel" which is fizzy mineral water, is this ok?

hey well i have been doing so well lately but not today!! i did so this is waht i had, for B i had a light and fit yougart(90 cal) with strawberries, then lunch i had salad with fat free ranch, an orange, and a 90 cal Special K bar, then S; i had grapes and a rice krispy treat(160 cal) then dinner i had a WHOLE ham and cheese with lettuce and little oil on wheat bread and a few fries and some strawberries i know i ate so bad.. after school i ran 1.30 miles, worked on arms and legs. how did i do? bad?

Yesterday i only drnk water cept at breakfast (milk w/ my cereal) and at night, i had a glass of milk. I hate hate HATE water. No matter what anyone says, i will always have the stupid stuff. It tastes like whatever you last ate. BUT i have also realized that it is key to loosing weight, so ive decided that i will only drink water and milk (way more water then milk) until i have hit my target weight. I notice that what i eat now, not healthily, but not UNheathily, lets me maintain my current weight. So i think if i go super healthy and a while i can loose my weight, and then go back to my normal diet. OH, and even though i havent lost any weight yet, my "skinny jeans" (any Sex and the City fanatics out there??) fit today!! Even a little loose!! YAY

Hey girls,I am megan as you all know.... i am very tall 5"10 and i am just chunkie and i try to lose weight but its sad to say everytime i try to lose weight i wanna eat more.... lol!!! Hi people i just wanted to say that I found a good way to lose weight not to fast but fast you do 50 curl ups every morning and nite then you go on the treadmill for 30 min or jog for 30 min then you eat 3 meals a day keep a food diary so you can compare then you give up soad and on sat and sun treadmill for 1hr then you do 100 curl ups every mornin and nite u do this for 5 months itll work and i mean work YEAHHHH I LOVE ME
