i want to get fit not all skinny and frail. i think that if i lose 20pounds it'll be good so i wanna weigh 120ish around there. how long do you guys think it'll take me? if you have any comments or tips: post! thank you all and good luck losing weight too! or if you have questions i answer those too!

total miles this week 10, about 60min of weights and some crunches (this was 4 days of working out)i just eat healthy too. last week when i started posting i was 141 now im 137 so im losing bout 2 pounds per week so far. i think im doing good heres what i ate today let me know what you think i ate 2eggs with 1cheese slice in the morning, lunch i had spicy chicken with ranch, some of my bread roll and water and then i ate icecream with a bunck of diffrent berries (me and my mom went out) i went home from school and had some meat ,broccoli and corn with a slice of kraft cheese and lots of water. oh and 2 lowfat ritz crackers( i had the iceceam because it was my moms birthday.

oh, btw, I was planning on walking 45min-1h every other day, then the days I'm not, walking for about 15-20min. Do you think I can reach my goal? And if not lose 40 lbs, how much do you think I can expect to lose? It seems no matter how much or little I eat I either stay the same weight or gain. I'm also worried that my weight is slowly starting to limit the amount of excersize I can do. Yeah, I was 164lbs, but I was also bellemic er however you spell that. I don't want to get into that again, it's a horrible habit to break.

ok....April 15th is my Junior Prom....I need to lose weight....i've told everybody i'm going, and my boyfriend is already planning on going with me. I need to lose about 65 pounds.....i can do it...im gonna eat fruits and veggies....drink just water...eggs and meat but in small amounts. Everything I eat is goin to be small portions, and not after 7 p.m. I am going to figure out some kind of exercise plan to go along with it....im thinking lifting some weights to tone my arms and back, and some squats for my legs and butt and crunches for my stomach...on that im starting out at 50 a night and in a week im going to 100...and so on...also, im gonna start my tredmil again....no more as of right now....which is night time, right before i go to bed...so now i tell you, i'm eating healthy....form now on.....AND ONLY DRINKING WATER!!

phew- just did an hour of taebo! man- i foprgot how awesome that workout makes me feel! why did i ever get out of that habit of doing it every morning???grrr- oh well- i will develope a new one!

Hey, what are curls and what are crunches? Also, I keep seeming to eat like 700-900 calories a day, am I screwing up my metablism? I've heared that this is the worst number because it's not so few that you lose weight and not enough to keep up your metabalism, is this true?

alright... i had enough of this... i am trying to get down to 160lbs. i am 5' 7" 200lbs but people think i weigh 160 pounds! i have 20%bodyfat, 44 inch shoulders, 9 inch wrists, 40 inch waist, 19 inch bicepts, 18 inch calves... can someone tell me how the hell i can get down to 160 in two months?

I am doing this herbal thing.It is a bottle called "4.3.2.1. slim and detox" It is $30 a bottle and it's a ten day program Oh and by the way I am in Australia so the price may be different.If you have exercise and a healthy diet is worksIt quickens ur metabolism and detoxes you. U do the ten day thingie and then take a break for like two days and then start again.Oh and by the way it does tatse gross but you get used to it.

hey people i just have something to saystop worrying....bout what you gonna do...like counting calories and stuff...just start moving! stoping sitting in front of the computer start walking around! like if your watching TV and the commericals are on go walk around your house till the show comes back...little things can do a lot!!!
