total miles this week 10, about 60min of weights and some crunches (this was 4 days of working out)i just eat healthy too. last week when i started posting i was 141 now im 137 so im losing bout 2 pounds per week so far. i think im doing good heres what i ate today let me know what you think i ate 2eggs with 1cheese slice in the morning, lunch i had spicy chicken with ranch, some of my bread roll and water and then i ate icecream with a bunck of diffrent berries (me and my mom went out) i went home from school and had some meat ,broccoli and corn with a slice of kraft cheese and lots of water. oh and 2 lowfat ritz crackers( i had the iceceam because it was my moms birthday.
