i want to get fit not all skinny and frail. i think that if i lose 20pounds it'll be good so i wanna weigh 120ish around there. how long do you guys think it'll take me? if you have any comments or tips: post! thank you all and good luck losing weight too! or if you have questions i answer those too!

um..ever see what happened to that guys liver because of all of the bad fats in mcdonalds food in that movie supersize me??? it was like he was an alcoholic- that was what it wasdoing to his body!!!

yeah,i totally agree with jenna.they may help you lose weight(LIKE DA ATKINS DIET)but they will totally clog up your arteries!!!!!!!!

the best way to lose weight, and the QUICKEST most healthiest way is to well this is what i say.. cuz i used to lose like 2 pounds a day. eat slow as hell, i am talkin like 30 chews and 5 minutes before each bite... eat every three hours. make sure you end the day under 1500 calories. mcdonalds is the best way to lose weight, just eating their hamburgers. a McDonalds Hamburger is 260 calories, no cheese or ketchup. when i worked at the gym i used to eat a hamburger every three hours and an hour after the burger go for a 10 minute sprint. think about it, McDonalds can actually do it!

Hey hun, well to lose 20 lbs you could do it afely in around 6 weeks. Just eat cereals for breakfast, jacket potatoes for dinner and steamed chicken or fish with vegeatable for tea. Try and do half an hour's exercise three times a week too. You should do well with this, oh yes and drink water when you are thristy. Give it a go and let me know how u do.
