Hey guys Ive done good Ive lost 8 lbs and I need to lose 12 more and then I'll be good well not exactly i have to lose 20 more lbs after that to be in my weight zone. Though I want to lose more that that heres what im suppose to be 100-140 and Im 174 Im going to California this summer to visit my aunt and family but I want to have a nice beach body by then which is gonna have me on lock down I have to be 100% on task and I'll make byez Love Amanda

Hey guys. Ive been hearing a lot of great things about green tea. Its saposed to speed up your metabolism if you drink 3 cups of it a day? Is it true? Has anyone even tried it and thinks it works? Because if so, I'm gunna!

TODAY I EXERCISED ALOT IN PE.. but didnt do so well with my eating....... UHHHHHHHHH I GET SO MANY CRAVINGS but ima go take a shower then clean my room and go exercise on my gazelle for a hour plz help

thx to everyone is saying something it makes me feel alot better to know there are teens just like me . 4 people reading this my brithday is oct. /26/ 90 /my weight is 296 pounds i lied about my weight the 1 st time because i didn't think anybody would write 2 me. i have tried over 4 diets so far none have worked. i ride my bike 4 about 20-25 min. if any body eles ha s any ideas just type below. thx 4 everyone who wrote me something.iwill write a new one in 2 days.yeah my brithday is there because i would like to lose 20 pounds or more by that date.i'm trind that speicl k diet well thx.

okay guys- now, i know this is extreme and will take a lot of will power- but i really want to look amazing for a romantic get-away on valentines day that i'm having with my boyfriend. if i burn 2500 calories more then i can consume a day(i won't be eating under 1200- don't worry, i'll just be exersizing like hell!)then i can get down to 142lbs by valentine's day. um- so yeah- i understand i'm shooting high and want to lose 23lbs in one month(which may be unhealthy but i'll be very careful and eat healthy). my plan is to eat 1200 calories a day and do 1hr of taebo and 1 hr of the firm(which means an hour of aerobics and toning which are both needed for weight loss). i also will be cutting back on my sodium, drinking 3 cups of green tea every day, getting enough calcium, and eating a lot of fruits and veggies and lean protien. i know i'll lose a bit of water weight by cutting back on the ... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND!!! ok, i want to know if i do the following stuff consistantly will i loose 40lbs by June/July of 2005? (dont worry, i already checked, and 40lbs is the perfect weight loss goal for me.) Ok, twice a week-jogging for a solid hour. Twice a week-tough basketball training for a solid hour and a half. Once a week, swimming. Everyday, 45pushups, 160 situps. Any im not going on a diet, i am jsut watching what i eat, staying on the healthy side you know? please please PLEASE tell me what you think!

didnt do to good eating today prolly had about um 1400 opps! basketball was today and yeah doing 800 crunches...but im kinda tired so i might only do 600 i know i know...haha byesame weight! im so mad...i havent lost in 3 days!!!

Hey guys.. tommorow I am going to eliminate chips,REG. Soda,candy,cookies, and junk food from my diet.. im going to start to eat breakfast witch ima have cereal and 2% milk.. lunch a chickfila sandwitch when i get home from school some fruit or vegtables.. and for supper someting nice and healthy im going to try my hardest to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily and exercise i have P.E for 1 hour and 30 min.. and then when I get home Im going to walk about 2-3 miles on my gazelle.. tell me what you think! tHAnkz!

All you ppl who post daily how you ate next to nothing all day, STOP! YOU NEED TO CONSUME AT LEAST 1200 CALORIES A DAY!!! I have said this before, ppl, please listen!!

hey everyone, well can anyone tell me how i did for the day? for B: i had an egg white, on light wheat toast(70) and jam on one piece, for lunch i had a little salad, fat free ranch dressing, and orange, and baked light chips(90), for snack i had a nuitra grain bar and about 5 combos, D: chicken with low fat cottage cheese S: fat free ice cream (100 cal)..i didnt get to work out but did walk around at the mall with my mom and did ab stuff. please respond and how can i boost my metabolism? and if i keep eating like this and exercise about 4-5 times a week can i lose about 10-20 lbs by like june or BEFORE?
