I descided to set goals for myself for three reasons: my b-day is in May, I'm going to high school nect year, and most importanly I'm tired of being overweight!!! Anyway my goals r: 1. It's hard to eat healthy at my school so from now on I'm just ordering the salad. 2. My parents ssay my biggest weight problem is eating a lot late a t night, so I'm not gonna eat oast nine. and 3. I am ptting a trendmill in the tv room so I can watch T.v. and still get a workout, has anyone tried these ideas? Do they work?

so- i've been eating a lot of fruits and veggies to detox myself today, i also just exersize for an hour(i didn't do the two hours today because of my messed up schedule and my financial aid work,grrrrrrr.) but tomorrow is where i really start the hard core workouts- i'm really pumped!

Hey everyone!i have a big problem! i am about 5'4 and i weigh 145 pounds. i feel so bad about my self. i have tried dieting but it never seems to work out. i try to exercise but i always wind up slacking off. i am on the dance team at my school and i have a lost some weight, but not much. i have an upcoming dance and i dont have a date. i have asked 2 guys and they both said no. i am very self-consious and really care what people think about me......especially my looks. i am around all of my girl friends at school and they are all so tiny. i feel really out of place. no one says it to my face,but i know people make fun of my weight behind my back. it really hurts. i just want to be able to feel confident about my self and my body. i want guys to like me not only because of what i look like but my personality. i would have a much better personality and be more outgoing if i wasnt so... hiya! at the moment i seem to be eating so much! its all healthy but my appetite is so big! is this ok? ive alreayd lost 47lbs and i want to loose about 5 more before my holiday and about 10 more althogther. also my periods have stopped and doctor thinks its because of my rapid weight loss so be careful how quikly u loose weight! any tips about how to make my appetite smaller?! thanks xxx

hey whats up is any body on right now cause i need some help right now. I need help on if I should run mile everyday or just go to the gym because my mom said that if i just runa mile everyday then i will have to tdo additioin exericizes which i dont know what exercizes to do. If i keep going to the gym then i will have to pay for it my self and i am broke as can be so if think of any other ways i can still work out for free and still have a good plan and my mom will aprove of it then just write back i would give you my e-mail but my dad and mom said i couldnt so if you have anything then write back please write back in the next 30 minutes

hey i need help! im going to ccancun again thsi year, but this time with my boyfriened and i'm super motivated now to lose my last 15 lbs!! i need help though the scale wont budge!~! i work out an hour / day and only eat 1200 cals per day of healthy stuff!! its like im doing everythign right but they wont budge!! hey, can anyone tell me how to boost my metabolism? i dont know if my metabolism is high or low..but i would like it to be the highest as possible. lol, well today i think i did bad because i had to eat in foods class this is what i ate today B: light and fit tougart and about 3 blackberries, S: Special K bar(90 cal), in foods (lunch) i ate some of 2 brownies we had to try, apple sauce and mac and cheese but it was small amount of mac and cheese, then did a mile on the tred mil and a mile on the eliptical, did ab workout and arms and legs. then got home and had about 4 blackberries and for dinner i am having spagettie, sauce, a meatball, and 2 pieces of light wheat toast with a little butter, then i might go play soccer..is this okay?
