like jenna said it is all about counting calories. Find out where a meeting is held in your town and go to one. You dont have to come all the time, but go once and buy some of the books. The books just have food listed in it..and you find the food you want, and it tells how many points it has. ALso, for however much you weigh, there is a point range in which you get. Again, the points are just calories. It is really fun, especially if you do it with someone because then you get to compete and see who can find the better foods that are filling for less points. Another plus to it, is that you can eat ANYTHING you want, but it may cost you alot of points. hope i helped

the points are like cals, but not in big numbers like cals. There are certain numbers that are on food boxes or container. You have a certain amount of points that u could eat each day. It is almost like counting cals, but you are counting points.
