hey i need help! im going to ccancun again thsi year, but this time with my boyfriened and i'm super motivated now to lose my last 15 lbs!! i need help though the scale wont budge!~! i work out an hour / day and only eat 1200 cals per day of healthy stuff!! its like im doing everythign right but they wont budge!! HELP!!! i really want to be swimsuit fit!!

You can loose it if you put your mind to it.. and make sure you stick to healthy eating and dont say "ok im going to start my diet tomorrow"... because when i did that i just gained more weight..i lost 20 pounds in just one month all i did was eat healthy and exercise 6 days a week. try finding something that you like for exercising and change the exercise quite a bit or else you will get bored...and try eating lots of fruits and veggies to replace Junk food...and have smaller porsions... also drink atleast 3 BIG glasses of water or milk a day it will help you loose the weight (read it in a magazine).. i know that you can do it...I wish you the best of luck i have lots more tips or if you have anymore quetions and if you have a screename IM me on xOaddicatedtOuxO or email me on sadams4@twcny.rr.com Abbz*

If you are weight lifting you might stay qt the same weight because muscle weighs more than fat.

try eating better quality foods and switch up your exersize routine- don't do the same exersize for more then 4 weeks in a row or your body gets used to it. weight train with heavier weights or longer reps, pump up your intensity during cardio. and eat less processed foods which will definately cut down on your sodium. also try things that will get you to burn more fat- like enough calcium and 4 cups of green tea a day...

try not to eat to much fatty food and eat like fruits or fat free or less food and don't eat food after 8
