hey everyone. I just have a question. I know that people say not to eat after like 6 or 8 pm because it slows down your metabolism or what not..but I dont get home until like 9 or later, and theres nothing i can do to change that. Should i eat a bigger lunch and have a snack sometime after that and maybe just a fruit when I get home and forget about dinner? And I dont like the feeling of going to bed full so what should I do? thanks! im 15..5'9...225lbs

yesterday i woke up reallll late...went to a party and had like 8 crackers and a few strawberries for breakfast/lunch...then i ran 2.5 miles and did crunches BUT bc i haddnt eaten all day i binged and had a lil less than half of a pizza with the works like with all the greased up veggies :( but i went to the store and got power bars so hopefully i wont keep doing that...

Okay people you are going to love this! i have found a CHOCOHOLICS diet that you can lose 7lbs on in TWO weeks. It has been put as a safe diet as it is a magazine and you consume around 1300 cals per day. Breakfast: A toasted bagel with a thin spread of choc spreadLunch: Jacket potato with low fat baked beans and reduced fat cheese grated thinly over it. One two finger kit katDinner: Steamed chicken, huge portion of salad and a few boiled potatoes. A low fat sachet of hot chocoloateBelieve me, you lose weight and still get to eat your daily fixture of chocolate. I am on it and its great! Just make sure that you do half an hours exercise three times a week (good suggestions are swimming or jogging) and drink roughly five glasses of water a day.

When people on this site say that they lost weight, you should be happy for them and say congratulations, not just ask how they did it. Im just reading these posts and almost anybody who replys to someone who lost weight, all they say is " how did you do it?" i think everyone really knows how to lose weight, they are just looking for an easier way to do it. It will be hard to lose weight, and there is NO easy way out, you just have to stick with it. So the next time someone says that they lost weight, just congratulate them! good luck guys!

I lost 10lbs. in 2 weeks!! I thought i gained weight, but when i got on the scale I almost passed out! I feel ALOT better about myself. (even tough it was just 10 lbs.)

Question-- One of my friends told me that lifting weights helps you loose weight more quickly then other exercises because it strengthens your muscles alot and you need those to make working out really have an effect. Is she right?

k so today this is waht i had..( keep in mind, my hot chocolate has only 50 cals / cup becuase and is fat free w/ calcium)... i did SUPER bad with my PORTIONS lol.. not bad food but okay.. so bf i had fat free yogurt w/ 1/2 cup kashi go crunch and a hot chocolate with fat free cool whip.... for lunch i had a salad with fat free ranch dressing, fat free croutons (100 cals worth) and a slice of fat free cheese, and then the rest of the day i had 6 CUPS of hot chocolate with fat free cool whip... and 2 sugar free fudgesicles with cool whip too!! and then i had a snack size bag of popcorn thats 97% fat free with fat free butter spray.... do u think i'll gain weight eatting like this? they are low cal foods but i eat so dang much of them
