yesterday i woke up reallll late...went to a party and had like 8 crackers and a few strawberries for breakfast/lunch...then i ran 2.5 miles and did crunches BUT bc i haddnt eaten all day i binged and had a lil less than half of a pizza with the works like with all the greased up veggies :( but i went to the store and got power bars so hopefully i wont keep doing that...
