hey, i know everyone is just gonna say "you need to eat more than that for the day" well..b:bowl of oatmeal (150) lunch-100 cal pack, banana, snack- banana. I ran 3 miles, had bball for 30 min. shot baskets for 30 mins, then walked a mile and did 200 crunches. for dinner im gonna have some chicken cord on blue and green beans. now, that only adds up to like, 900-1000 cals. so...can i eat more? how should i do it?

get the snack size bags of popcorn- those only have 15calories for the whole bag and you're ment to eat the whole bag!

thanks guys! well...im soo upset because the bag of popcorn said 15 cals well..omg i was just confused and it actually has like 260 cals and ate the whole bag..so my total for the day was like 1400... is that okay though??

YES U CAN DEFINITLY eat more. u need at least 1200 cals a day 2 burn fat. go ahead, as long as u dont overdo it : D

yeah that isnt to alot, trying having a snack in between meals like fruit and vegtables. how tall are you how much do u weigh?
