Okay people you are going to love this! i have found a CHOCOHOLICS diet that you can lose 7lbs on in TWO weeks. It has been put as a safe diet as it is a magazine and you consume around 1300 cals per day. Breakfast: A toasted bagel with a thin spread of choc spreadLunch: Jacket potato with low fat baked beans and reduced fat cheese grated thinly over it. One two finger kit katDinner: Steamed chicken, huge portion of salad and a few boiled potatoes. A low fat sachet of hot chocoloateBelieve me, you lose weight and still get to eat your daily fixture of chocolate. I am on it and its great! Just make sure that you do half an hours exercise three times a week (good suggestions are swimming or jogging) and drink roughly five glasses of water a day.
