hey i wanna lose bout 20 lbs by summr or as much as i can by summer. im just not very sure how to go along and do it. i would go outside and run/walk but its been icy and were suppsed to b gettn more ice/snow so im not sure wht to do. does ne1 have ne advise or suggestions??

swimming inside is good and walking up/down the stairs if you live in an appartment building. also, do situps/pushups every day, or weight lifting.

well what i do is workout at my school gym, if you dont have a gym at your school or nearby try today an aerobics tape or something..good luck
