I've found out that all you have to do to lose weight is just dedicate yourself. (Duh) But once you've dedicated yourself to losing weight, you'll be on your way. After the first 2-4 days of your diet, you will get used to it. 1st time i went on a diet, I was used to it by the 2nd or 3rd day. Now its my turn to dedicate myself. Im having trouble but I've done it b4 and I KNOW I can do it again. Just remember to Beleive in yourself, dont give up, and God Bless. *Walk Tall in this world of small* ~Katie~

hey.. i weigh 175 & i'm 5'3.. i always end up eating late at night.. like a bowl of cereal or ice cream something like that.. and i dont know how to stop or why i get these cravings.. and i eat when im bored.. i play softball but thats only in the summmer.. i dunno whati can do now to keep myself busy.. please help.. thanks:-D

YAY I am 175 this morning so that means I have lost 10 pound since this summer and 2 pounds the past week. I am goin to try and get under 170 in the next 2 weeks and I think if I keep it up and looseing 2 pounds a week I will get to 171 which is close so maybe 3 weeks I will be under 170 which would be my january goal at 169 YAY I am sooo excited and really feel like I can do this and my mom said starting at the end of asketball season we will start walkin and she will really start helping me so she can loose weight to so tat means less junk in the house to eat YAY I think I can get to my healthy weight by the end of the school year and my goal by the starting of junior year if I keep it up so then I will be a better basketball player so good luck everyone

it's me again i decided to completely lay my info on the line so maybe i might lose weight. I feel worthless and i really need tolose the weight for my health mentally and physically. My mom is really sick and i need to be able to help her if u know any advice it would be most appreciated

i dont get it.. last year when i weighed this much i looked a lot thinner!! i weigh t he same now, but i look fatter... like muscles but my clothes still dont fit as well as they used to!! Ahhh help me lose the last 10 lbs please ideas! like NOTHING works!! i already work out an hour / day adn eat 1200 cals!

hi i want to lose weight! I'm 5' and 126.5 (probably lower because i just ate a ton of food and it's night and i'm having my monthly but it's almost over) anyway i want to weigh 110 by my birthday which is feb.8 and it seems impossible espacially the way i've been eating! i eat about 900-1200 calories and lose a few pounds (like a pound a day!) but i always wind up gaining it back and then some! HELP!

THis weekend was ok for me... i havent lost anyweight but hey, i havent gained any either... on satrday i had cerel and milk... and lunch had some soup and dinner i cant remeber but i had like 1300 calores!! im mad at myself for that! but today was a little better...
over this weekend i did 400 crunches each night...ran some...volleyball practice i havent weighed myself yet but i dont think ive lost anythis week...well good luck yall bye

How bad is it to eat mashed potatoes? I love them, and I don't know how many calories are in potatoes. I know they're carbs so shouldn't eat too much but I know you're supposed to have some.

Hey everyone, I was doing so great! I even made it through the holidays, and then less than a week ago, I had the urge to binge and I did, and I have been doing it everysingle day. I always tell myself, ok I am starting a healthy lifestyle, I am going to lose weight. I try everything, Counting calories, writing what I eat down, I know I must have a binge eating disorder. Because I gain ten pounds, then lose ten pounds then gain again really quick. It is awful. Sometimes, I feel like I am alone, and helpless that I cant control what I eat. There is so much food in our house that it is easy to have. I mean it is not that I eat junkfood, I go to the healthfood store, I look at labels, and I eat healthy foods, but I eat way too much. Does anyone have this problem, can anyone help me?

hey everyone. this weekend i didnt do very well!! i started this diet this week..actually just cutting down and drinking plenty of water. I think ive lost some weight but i havent weighed yet. well yesterday i had a basketball tournament so i went to that, but before i left i had a bowl of apple jacks with fat free skim milk. I just had water through the tournament, then we stopped at subway on the way home. I had a club on white bread with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise(i know that is not good for you but i love it!) then we got home, and i had godfathers pizza!!!!!!! ahh! i only had 2 pieces..which i know is alot of calories but you know i already had it so i cant take them back now. This morning my aunt and uncle came so we had a big breakfast. Biscuits and gravy and pankcakes. I only had one pancake and a few buscuits with gravy. Then i had a sucker,,and a sandwich for lunch.
