~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

*sigh* I was doing so well this weekend and then I sort of blew it tonight. I had a tiny bit of ice cream (like a 1/4 of a cup) and some of those DELICIOUS little frosted animal cookies. I know it doesn't sound bad, but we also had tamales tonight for dinner, so I didn't really need the cookies. I was just over at my friend's house and I couldn't stop myself. Does anyone else find it SOOO much harder to not eat bad stuff at other people's house? (like your close friends?) I have no problem eating healthy in my own house, but when I'm over at my friend's house I just lose control. I think I'm getting better, but I'm frustrated with myself. Oh well, that's what flex points are for. (I"m on Weight Watchers)
