Hi everyone! I just wanted to say that today i've officially lost 60lbs!!! i'm so happy! if you would like any advice you can e-mail me at mflowers092@aol.com And i'll just say that it took me a long time but it's worth it in the end. ugh i feel like such a loser and a failure. This weekend was so horrible. i was at my friends house and all i did was eat and eat crap. i think i gained like 5 or MORE lbs. I dont know what to do i feel so fat and hopeless. but i am guess i am going to have to start over from where i left at but with way more weight to lose. please help thaks

hey guys,i really need ur helptheres only like a week left until the end of the semester...and at my school, a new semester means 4 all new classes, and the end of 4 old ones, so i want to have a great end to the semester so i need to lose like 10 pounds in a week. and im really open to anything. and yea i know that not eating is unhealthy but its really important...and after i lose the quick 10 pounds i will lose the rest of the wieght i need to lose by eating healthy and excercising. thanks for the help

Hey people, theres so many people on here who say they dont know what to do for weightloss. Theres loads of diets out there right now and with so many to choose from its no wonder we are stuck. I have been on virtually every diet you can name. I see an ad in a magazine and then try it the next day. I usually last for about a week before i give in to hunger. On the atkins i lasted for three weeks and five days and lost 6lbs. I expected more as i had to cut out my favoutite food..bread. It gave me horrible breath and was not the worth the trouble it caused. I went on the cabbage soup diet and lasted 6 days and lost five pounds. That was water weight though and was just pointless because i gained it all back again when i upped my calorie intake. The mose recent diet i have started, and been on for a month is the curves workout plan. I have lost 13lbs and feel alot better. Everyone has... (view more)

Today I actually started my diet. Plz wish me good luck. But I know I can do it. I beleive in myself. So no1 give up and you will reach your goal. And no crash diets cuz everyone knows those dont work unless you stick to them 4 the rest of your life and that could cause serious health problems. will u lose weight if you consume like 1000 calories a day and do 30-45min of excercise a day.... will u lose 2lbs a week? plz respond thx ppl

does anyone know what an ideal fat% is for a 5'5" 18 year old female? mine is 31.0% and i know that it is not at a healthy range. please answer my posts because i try to answer all of yours and for some reason nobody answers mine. sorry, didn't mean to whine but it's true...

hey, i dont know whats wrong...my back has been hurting... and do i mean really bad!!! it kills i do crunches...but i dont know if thats the problem.. any body have any steches to do for ur back cause yeah i dont know what to do...

hey i'm back, yesterday i am pretty proud of what i ate.
i had about ten grapes for breakfast, a baked chicken sandwich for lunch, and tomato soup and crackers for dinner. and i ran for 30 minutes with my hyperactive dog and then walked back home, which took about an hour i am getting weighed today, and i know i lost some weight

Hmmm am from uk dont ask how i found this place been feeling down bcoz i have applied to join the armed forces and i`m not exactly smallest guy around when i was younger i was fine cross country champion for my area them family life got bad and i changed stopped cross country stopped playing footbal (soccer) and i been this overweight blimp ever since i find it hard not to eat i find i go out on my motorbike and go to the local shop and bye doughnuts and sandwich`s when i`m not hungry all i want is to become the fit and healthy ashley i used to be and be a succes in the army but i wake up everymorning and see me bein big and i think can i hack it in the armyt am i fit enough blah blah just really need some help in or some advise in stopping all my junk food eating and that if you could send me your advise bck 2 me it would be most apriciated ash_danielz18@hotmail.com thank you xxx
